Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:  We can only ship to the United States and US Territories. 

MDS Optics cannot ship outside of the United States.  Because of US laws, we cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses.  US Military stationed outside the United States, please have your item shipped to your home within the US. You must be over the age of 18 to purchase goods from our site.

We ship using United Parcel Service.  All shipments are insured.  Processing time is generally 1-3 business days, before orders are actually shipped.   We strive to keep our stock levels up to date.  If an item is out of stock, you will be notified.  If an item is backordered, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days when it becomes available. 

Items marked Special Order are ordered direct from the manufacturer and can take up to 30 days to ship.

RETURNS: Item can be returned within 30 days of purchase for full refund minus original shipping cost.  Item must be in unused condition and in original packaging.  If a order is canceled before shipping, a full refund, including shipping will be included.  Items cannot be returned past 30 days.  Customer must pay any return shipping costs.  You must contact us and obtain a return RMA number.  Special order items cannot be returned.

All warranty issues must be handled by the manufacturer.
